Overall we enjoyed ourselves at Amsterdom falafelshop. The falafel offered was very tasty and had a uniqueness that we hadn’t experienced when eating falafel offered at other restaurants. We also agreed that they had a lot of vegan friendly seasonings and sauces that could be added to the falafel that were dairy free (That’s always a plus). The atmosphere was good. We also noticed the music in the background was a mix of genres, making for an engaging experience. At times it was a little loud but nothing that broke the overall experience. Customer service was the best we have seen at a restaurant yet. They were very accommodating both when we setup the reservation and during the actual meetup. The staff was consistent on making sure we were taken care as a group and treated us with cutesy and respect. All these factors combined make them a strong candidate for revisiting!
