Our next meet up will be at Freebirds World Burrito. It's a Mexican Vegan friendly restaurant that has a variety rices, veggies and beans to choose from when building your dish. They offer Burritos,Tacos, salads and bowls that you can build from variety rices, veggies and beans. The vegan meat replacement we'll be trying is Tempeh. Like tofu, its made from soybeans except Tempeh isn't as processed as Tofu. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
